Mr. Algeo serves as Chief Financial Officer, where he is responsible for all financial and accounting activities of Two River and certain of its portfolio companies. Prior to joining Two River in 2018, Mr. Algeo was a Senior Manager at CFGI, where he provided accounting advisory, consulting, and interim management services to clients in a variety of industries. Before that, Mr. Algeo was an Audit Manager in the Philadelphia office of KPMG LLP, where he was responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of financial and operational audits by overseeing all aspects of his client engagements, including the supervision and training of staff, review of audit workpapers, and the preparation of financial statements. Mr. Algeo graduated from Penn State-University Park, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Mr. Algeo is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Pennsylvania and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
